Sindy Sessoms has extensive experience in organizational strategy, change management, and risk and compliance, particularly within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at CapTech Consulting since January 2018, Sindy focuses on government services and has previously held positions in risk and regulatory management at a Top 3 US Bank. Prior to that, Sindy worked at NTT DATA Services and NTT DATA Consulting, Inc., where responsibilities included risk compliance and overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Early career experience includes roles at First American Bank and Trust Company and Duke Clinical Research Institute, enhancing skills in customer service, data management, and bilingual communication. Sindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in American Studies and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
