Linnea Grand is a Senior Manager at Valcon since June 2023, focusing on helping companies accelerate their transformation journeys through a blend of consulting, technology, data, and agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Linnea was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, leading a cross-cultural team in the pharmaceutical sector and implementing global omnichannel transformations. Linnea also held positions as Head of Portfolio Management & Transformation at TDC Group, where a portfolio management practice was established, and as a Senior E-Business Consultant at IMPACT A/S, managing client portfolios and implementing multichannel digital solutions. With extensive experience in management consulting across various industries, including retail and logistics, Linnea has a strong background in digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project management. Linnea holds a Master's degree in International Marketing and Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
