Mike Polen is a highly experienced technology consultant and manager with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Manager at CapTech since September 2012, Mike specializes in advising clients on web projects utilizing agile methodologies and has held technical leadership roles for multiple Fortune 500 companies in the financial and energy sectors. Previous positions include Senior Consultant at TCSC, Lead Web Developer at Swedish Match, and Senior PM for Program Helix at Capital One. Mike's technical expertise also extends to software development in C++ and contributions to telecommunications and agile methodologies. Mike holds both a BS and MS in Management and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
