Jessica Toon has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Tennis Pro for Bentwater. In 2012, they began working as a Medical Assistant for Atlanta Diabetes Associates and a Financial Services Professional for Capstone Financial GA. In 2016, they became a Logistics Coordinator for Revere Meat Co and in 2017, an Independent Web Developer. In 2018, they began working as a DR Solutions Architect for RES-Qâ„¢ Services and a Teaching Assistant for Georgia Tech Professional Education. Finally, in 2019, they became a Compliance Coordinator and Service Delivery Manager for Converge Technology Solutions Corp. and in 2023, a Project Manager for CapStorm.

Jessica Toon has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences, which they obtained from The University of Georgia between 2005 and 2008. Jessica also has a Certificate in Web Development Bootcamp from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2017. In 2020, they obtained four additional certifications: ZCP: Azure 8.0 and Zerto Certified Associate: Foundations 8.0 from Zerto, as well as Veeam Availability Suite v9 VMSP and Veeam Availability Suite v9 VMTSP from Veeam Software.
