Scott Jordan is an experienced district manager currently with Capstone Restaurant Group since October 2021, having previously held the same title at Zaxbys Chicken from December 2014 to October 2021. Prior to that, Scott Jordan served as a general manager at Zaxby's from January 2010 to December 2014 and was the director of operations at Central States Bueno LLC and Central OK Chicken LLC from September 2006 to October 2009, overseeing operations for small franchises. Scott Jordan's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where service occurred from 1980 to 1989 with the rank of sergeant.
