James Ungurait is an experienced community manager with a proven track record in real estate and operations management. Currently serving as Community Manager at Capstone Real Estate Investments since October 2021, James has successfully supervised tactical marketing plans, cultivated local relationships, and managed annual budget presentations to senior management. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager and Leasing Manager at Campus Advantage, where James focused on improving property operations and developing team members. James has also held positions in retail management, including Operations Supervisor at David's Bridal and Assistant Manager at J.Crew, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Mississippi and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Northwest Mississippi Community College.
