Terry Bowen has been working in the field of fire and safety management for over a decade. Terry started their career in 2010 at Capstone Fire & Safety Management, where they served as a Fire Captain, Fire Coordinator, and Project Fire Marshall until 2015. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Patriot General Engineering, Inc. as a Fire Coordinator and Fire Ops Chief. In 2016, they joined Blattner Energy as a Fire/Safety Coordinator until 2018. Most recently, in 2019, Terry Bowen returned to Capstone Fire & Safety Management as a Battalion Chief.

Terry Bowen attended Texas A&M University in 2012 for a brief period of time. While at the university, Terry pursued studies in the field of Fire Science and Fire-fighting, but did not obtain a degree.
