Celita B. currently serves as a Clinical Supervisor at Western Governors University, where responsibilities include observing teacher candidates, hosting meetings, and providing feedback on lesson plans. Celita has been a Reading Enrichment Teacher with Capstone Education Group since July 2020, achieving a 90% success rate in fostering students' love for reading and promoting literacy through innovative projects and data tracking. Previous roles include Elementary Teacher at Capstone Education Group, where 70% of students met ELA goals, and Reading Teacher/Grade Chair at New Hope Christian Academy, focusing on rigorous curriculum implementation and strategic interventions.
