Oliver Bugueno has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management within the mining industry, currently serving as the Logistic & SAP Superintendent at Capstone Copper since May 2014. Prior roles include positions in supply excellence and business efficiency, where Oliver implemented innovative cost-saving strategies and optimized business practices using methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma. Previously, at BHP Billiton, Oliver was instrumental in the supply performance and system implementations for various projects, including the Pinto Valley restart. Education credentials include a Master's Degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, along with specialized training from Harvard University in strategic management.
