Natalie Ayling has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Capsticks Solicitors LLP since September 2011, where roles have included Senior Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor. Previous positions encompass an Interim Triage Lawyer seconded to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and a Fitness to Practise Caseworker seconded to the General Optical Council. Earlier career roles included contract management for Surrey Primary Care Trust and administrative work at Samsung Opto-Electronics UK Ltd. Natalie holds a Legal Practice Course degree from The College of Law and a Law with Advanced Studies LLB from UCL, along with A-Levels from Strode's College and GCSEs from Thamesmead School.
