Michael Hencin is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Molex since October 2022. With a substantial tenure at Capsonic Automotive since April 2012, Michael has held multiple roles including Senior Concept Engineer, Director of Engineering, and Engineering Manager. As the Owner of Enginuity Development since July 2001, Michael created engineering change notice software widely utilized across various industries such as defense, automotive, electronics, and industrial. Previous experience includes positions as Project Engineer at MPC Products and Design Engineer at both Cooper Bussmann and HARTING. Michael began their engineering career at Otto Engineering and holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1994.
