Noel Quigley FIChemE is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Program Manager at Capsol Technologies ASA since July 2024. Previously, Noel held the position of VP - Owner’s Engineering at Aker Solutions, focusing on decarbonising global energy supplies and overseeing sustainable energy solutions. With a strong background, Noel has also served as Managing Director at BPE Design and Support Ltd, where responsibilities included full P&L management and delivering numerous engineering projects across various industries. Additional roles include Manager of Proposals & Estimating and Manager of Process & Technology at Technip, Lead Engineer at INVISTA, Senior Process Engineer at GlaxoSmithKline, and Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble. Noel holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from UMIST.
