Nataliia Shkurina has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 at EPAM Systems as a Talent Acquisition Researcher. Nataliia held this position until January 2022 when they were promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Researcher. In June 2022, they joined Matchr as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, where they worked until April 2023. Currently, Nataliia is the Head of Sourcing at CapsLock, starting in June 2023.

Nataliia Shkurina obtained a Master's degree in Footwear Design from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) from 2010 to 2015.
