Alexander Vita is a Senior Research Associate at Capsida Biotherapeutics, where Alexander is a member of the AAV Engineering and Library Assembly Team. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as a Senior Clinical Lab Technologist at PerkinElmer, Inc. conducting high throughput sample library prep and sequencing. Alexander also has experience as an Enumerator at the United States Census Bureau, an Undergraduate Student Researcher at UCSB, a Research Assistant at UCSB Eliason Laboratory, and a Student Assistant at the Solid State Lighting and Energy Electronics Center. Alexander holds a BS in Biological Sciences with a focus on Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara.
