Jamie Rich, ASA, MAI has extensive work experience in the valuation industry, specializing in financial and tax reporting matters related to acquisitions, divestitures, impairments, and real estate funds. Jamie is currently the Managing Director and national financial reporting practice leader at Capright. Prior to that, they held various cross-functional roles at three of the Big 4 accounting firms, including KPMG and PwC, where they provided advisory services in areas such as federal tax, state and local tax, transfer pricing, cost segregation, intangible asset valuation, and business advisory. Jamie also served as Vice President at Appraisal Economics Inc. and as a Senior Associate at Deloitte in the Financial Advisory Services department. Jamie Rich's work experience spans from 2003 to the present.

Jamie Rich, ASA, MAI completed a Masters degree in Real Estate Finance at New York University from 1993 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University at Albany, SUNY.
