Your role
To provide excellence in Member Service through reminding Members of their payment obligations across all products within Capricorns Terms and Conditions and of Member account queries and case management.
Capabilities Required
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
• Sound understanding in accounting principles with an emphasis on accounts receivable
• Ability to make sound judgements based on business needs, objectives, and principles.
• Good numeracy skills with exceptional accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate sound communication skills, both verbal and written, and can converse at all levels within the organisation and externally.
• Ability to cope with pressure and remain calm.
Experience
• A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Qualifications
• Completion of Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent preferred
• Customer Service Certificate (desirable).
