Martin Dugan currently serves as the Sr. Director of Distribution Finance & Inventory Control at Capri Holdings Limited since January 2023. Prior to this role, Martin held multiple positions at Bed Bath & Beyond from December 2020 to January 2023, including Senior Director of Finance for Supply Chain & Information Technology, and various director roles focused on finance operations and partnerships. Martin's previous experience at Ralph Lauren from June 2012 to November 2020 involved several key finance positions, notably as Director of FP&A. Additional experience includes financial analyst roles at inVentiv Health and Avaya, as well as an accounting internship at Affinity Federal Credit Union. Martin completed a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance and International Business at Wagner College, and attended Governor Livingston High School and Benicia High School.
