Stein-Otto Svorstøl serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Capra Consulting since June 2016, a key position within Capra Gruppen. Svorstøl has extensive consulting experience, having collaborated with clients such as SpareBank1 and Opplysningen 1881, while also holding various roles in leadership, organizational development, and human resources. Prior roles include Head of Portfolio Management and Organizational Development, where Svorstøl led change initiatives and contributed to strategy formulation. Svorstøl's early career includes software development internships, teaching assistance, and work at multiple organizations, including NORKART AS, Intelecom Group, and Acer Computer Norway. Svorstøl holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from NTNU and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Management at BI Norwegian Business School.
