Heidi Brovold serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Capra since April 2020 and has been a Board Member of Asker og Bærum Vannverk IKS since December 2022. Previously, Heidi held multiple leadership roles at TietoEVRY, including Head of Section in Program and Project Management and Chief Consultant in Strategy & Innovation. At Telenor, positions included Programme Portfolio Director for the Global Transformation Program and Senior Portfolio Manager. Other notable experience includes serving as Principal at Pöyry Management Consulting and Det Norske Veritas, where roles encompassed Programme Manager and Principal Consultant in Cleaner Energy. Heidi's educational background includes an Executive Master of Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and an Ir. in Informatics from Delft University of Technology, among other advanced executive programs.
