Veerle Lennaerts is an experienced quality engineer currently working at CAPPAC B.V. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Veerle served as a QC Analyst at DöhlerGroup from October 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included analyzing raw materials, creating certificates, and ensuring seamless product releases for major clients such as Coca Cola, along with investigating complaints and overseeing a sensory panel. Earlier work experience includes positions as a general employee at Cafetaria Mickey and an intern in product development at SOIL Masonkondre, where Veerle focused on developing cassava bread from 100% cassava flour. Additionally, an internship in risk management at Delicia involved identifying contamination sources on production lines through risk report preparation. Veerle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology from HAS Green Academy, completed in 2017.
