Misel Marusic is an experienced professional in business development and sales, currently serving as the Head of Sales & Business Development at Caplena since November 2019, specializing in customer feedback solutions powered by Augmented Intelligence. Prior to this role, Misel worked at EY from March 2014 to August 2019 as a Supervising Associate in Business Development, where responsibilities included end-to-end business development, creating customer-centric solutions, and developing growth strategies for Swiss markets. Misel also has experience as a Working Student and Intern in Private Banking at Credit Suisse from 2010 to 2012.
