Dillon Clayton is an Associate at Caplan & Earnest LLC since August 2022, previously serving as a 3L Student and Managing Editor for the Colorado Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Review at the University of Colorado Law School from August 2019 to August 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at SPIERER, WOODWARD, CORBALIS, & GOLDBERG, a Law Clerk at Caplan & Earnest LLC, a Judicial Intern to Justice Richard Gabriel at the Colorado Supreme Court, and a Summer Law Clerk at Kerrane Storz, P.C. Dillon's professional background also features a role as Packaging Manager and Zero Waste Manager at Upslope Brewing Company, along with experience as a German Language Instructor at the University of Colorado Boulder. Academic achievements include a JD from the University of Colorado Law School (2019-2022), a Master's in German Language and Literature, and a Bachelor's in German Language and Literature, both from the University of Colorado Boulder (2006-2014).
