Brad Hendrick is an experienced attorney specializing in immigration law, currently serving as a Member at Caplan and Earnest LLC since September 2009. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of Special Counsel with a focus on immigration law. From 2004 to 2009, Brad represented businesses and individuals at Stern Elkind Curray & Alterman in various immigration matters, with particular expertise in the healthcare and energy sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Services Coordinator at the Rocky Mountain Survivor Center, where Brad coordinated legal representation and assisted torture survivors with asylum claims.
