Peter Winski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and homeland security. As a Volunteer Law Enforcement Liaison at the Center for Homeland Defense and Security since January 2010, Winski engages in guest speaking at conferences, recruits candidates for CHDS programs, and contributes articles to the CHDS magazine, "Watermark." Prior to this role, Winski served with the NYPD from 2001 to 2010, achieving the rank of Inspector and holding positions as Commanding Officer of both the 30th and First Precincts. Winski holds a Master's degree in Homeland Security from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
