Genny Beltrone is a seasoned political professional with extensive experience in legislative affairs and advocacy. Currently serving as Principal at Capitol Counsel, LLC since April 2021, Genny previously worked in the United States Senate from August 2013 to April 2021 as a Legislative Assistant, advising Senator Tester on telecommunications, science and technology, and small business issues. Genny's varied roles in the Senate included Legislative Aide, Legislative Correspondent, Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Legislative Director, and Staff Assistant. Early career experiences include internships with Montanans for Tester, the Democratic National Committee, Barack Obama's Campaign for Change, and serving as a U.S. Senate Page appointed by Senator Baucus. Genny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gonzaga University and attended American University.
