Bart Zwaard has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Bart began their career in 2003 as a Regional Manager at Hilti, where they worked until 2007. Bart then joined ADP as a District Manager for a year before returning to Hilti in 2008 as a Government Specialist Account Manager. In 2018, they joined Hilti North America as a Sr. Key Account Manager, specializing in software, integrated solutions, and consulting. In 2019, Bart joined Capitol Building Supply Inc as a Sales Manager and later became the Director of Sales and Operations for the Tool & Fastener Division.

Bart Zwaard obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, where they studied Marketing, Logistics, and Sociology between 1998 and 2002.
