Mike Farley worked as the President of the CM Division at Hallmark Group from July 2008 onwards. Prior to their role at Hallmark Group, they were the Owner of Pacific Program Management, Inc. from 1995 to 2003.

Mike Farley earned a BS and MBA in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University - East Bay between 1986 and 1990.
