Clay Berger has extensive experience in quality control within the construction materials industry, currently serving in this role at Capitol Aggregates, Inc. since December 2018. Responsibilities include conducting special analyses, suggesting plant adjustments for two quarries, and ensuring compliance with product quality standards. Previously, Clay worked in quality control at Martin Marietta and as a technician at Oldcastle, where testing of asphalt was performed. Clay began a career at Raba Kistner, Inc., starting as a laboratory technician in the concrete mix design department and advancing to a compressive strength technician. Clay holds education credentials from Kaplan University, having studied from 2016 to 2018.
