Matome Rachekhu is currently employed as a Data Engineer II at Capitec since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Specialist in Data Engineering & Analytics at EOH from June 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included data integration, identifying new data sources, and developing quantitative analytics models. Earlier roles include Big Data Engineer at Autumn Leaf IT, focusing on configuring big data environments and utilizing technologies such as AWS and Azure, as well as positions as an AWS Cloud Data Engineer at BlueSky, Data Analyst at Hollard Insurance, and Data Science Trainee at Deviare. Matome Rachekhu holds a BSc in Mathematical Science with a focus on Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Limpopo, completed between 2016 and 2018.
