Desktop Support Analyst at Capital Power

Son Thai has extensive work experience in the field of IT support. Son started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Service Manager/Technical Support Specialist at careplusnet, where they troubleshooted personal computers and laptops, installed software and hardware, diagnosed hardware and software problems, and supported various operating systems and applications.

In 2008, Son Thai joined Best Buy as a Geek Squad member, where they analyzed and repaired computer problems, performed data backup and recovery, supported various operating systems and applications, and troubleshooted network issues.
