Lauren Detheridge has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Lauren began their career as a Business Analyst at WorleyParsons in 2011, where they focused on developing custom reporting tools. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Accounting Technician at Allen & Associates Chartered Accounting, specializing in tax planning. Lauren then transitioned to the construction industry, completing a Pre-Apprenticeship Program at Women Building Futures in 2014. Here, they gained experience in various trades and obtained safety certifications. In 2015, they became an HVAC/Refrigeration Apprentice at Sherwood Air & Weiss-Johnson, where they honed their troubleshooting and installation skills. From 2016 until 2022, Lauren worked as a Business Analyst at Flexitallic Canada, where they developed an automated quote tool and a competitive database. Currently, they hold the position of Business Analyst at Capital Power, which they began in 2022.

Lauren Detheridge obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with Distinction degree from MacEwan University in 2011.
