Avik Dey is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as President & CEO at Capital Power since May 2023, focusing on sustainable energy production in North America. Previously, Dey held the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of Carlyle International Energy Partners from July to November 2022, where efforts concentrated on expanding Carlyle’s international energy platform in London. Dey has also served as SVP, CFO & Chief Transformation Officer at NOVA Chemicals, overseeing finance, strategy, and corporate development from June 2021 to May 2022.
