Eric Knott has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Eric began their career in 2006 as an Operating Partner/Owner at Culver's Restaurants. In 2019, they transitioned to Edward Jones, where they served as a Financial Advisor. In 2022, they joined Capitalize, where they have held the roles of Customer Service & Operations Senior Associate and Customer Service & Operations Associate.

Eric Knott obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Pensacola Christian College between 2008 and 2012. In 2020, they obtained a General Securities Representative License Series 66 from FINRA in March, and a Uniform Combined State Law Examination Series 7 from FINRA in February.
