Vivian Chen is a seasoned professional in investment management and business development, currently serving as Director of Investment Management for Real Assets at CapitaLand since August 2023. Prior to this role, Vivian held various positions at The Ascott Limited from September 2014 to May 2024, including Assistant Vice President and Director in Investment and Business Development. Earlier experience includes Associate Director of Development at ONYX Hospitality Group and a Consultant role at CB Richard Ellis. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, earned between 2004 and 2008, and completed secondary education at Fudan University Affiliated High School from 2001 to 2004.
