Alan Tan is a seasoned professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Vice President of Special Projects at CapitaLand Development since May 2022. Previously, Alan held the position of Vice President at Morgan Stanley, focusing on real estate funds with investments across Singapore and Southeast Asia, and served as Vice President at CreditEase, specializing in global real estate co-investments and fund-of-funds investments. Alan's earlier experience includes an Associate Director role at Temasek, concentrating on real estate investment and development. In terms of education, Alan holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Accountancy with a second major in Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, along with academic experiences from the University of St. Gallen and the RealAcad Venture Management Program.
