Previously, Shannon held the position of President at BlueShore Pacifica Alternative Mortgage Centre Inc. from September 2015 to November 2021, where a focus was placed on providing mortgage brokers access to a diverse range of financial solutions through partnerships. Shannon began the career as a Mortgage Broker at Hamilton Mortgage Inc. from April 1994 to April 2001, building a solid foundation in mortgage brokerage.
