Nisha Bhide currently serves as the Director of Formulary Operations at Capital Rx, where responsibilities include overseeing the PGY1 Managed Care Residency Program. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Clinical Operations Manager at Ascension, where Nisha also held the position of National Senior Manager of Medication Management and coordinated the PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency Program. Nisha's background also features a Senior Manager role in Pharmacy Deployment at The Resource Group and participation in an Executive Pharmacy Leadership and Supply Chain Management Fellowship at Ascension. Additional experiences include completing pharmacy residencies at St. Joseph's Healthcare System and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and earlier roles as a Pharmacy Technician and Intern at various healthcare organizations. Nisha Bhide holds a PharmD degree from Rutgers University.
