Rebecca Laufer is currently the External Affairs Manager at Capital Region Water, a position held since January 2020. In addition, Rebecca has been the Head Age-Group Coach for Lancaster Family YMCA Association since August 2013, where responsibilities include creating safe and educational environments for swimmers and building positive relationships among the coaching staff and parents. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing/Communications Coordinator at Simon Lever from July 2016 to January 2020, where marketing campaigns were executed in collaboration with PR and upper management. Earlier roles at EHD, Inc. included Commercial Marketing Specialist and Commercial Account Manager, focusing on business processing and client relations. Rebecca holds a degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Hempfield High School.
