James Thorne is the Vice President of Operations at Concord Hospital. James has over 20 years of experience in health and safety, having worked as a Health & Safety Specialist for both Edison International and F.H. Paschen/ S.N. Nielsen. Thorne has also served as an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator for Army Fleet Support and as a Chief Warrant Officer for the US Army. James is a highly respected leader in the field of health and safety, and their experience has helped him to create a safe and compliant workplace at Concord Hospital.

James Thorne is currently working on their B.S. in Occupational Safety & Health at Columbia Southern University. James also has an Associate of Applied Science in Aviation Studies from Regents College.

James Thorne works with Bill Dooley - Vice President, Provider Services, Pamela Puleo - Chief Advancement Officer, and Paul Clark - Chief Medical Information Officer. James Thorne reports to Robert P. Steigmeyer, President & CEO.
