Cecilia Stariknok is a skilled Human Resources professional with diverse experience in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Concord Hospital Health System since September 2022, Cecilia previously held the role of Human Resources Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources staff member at Southern Kennebec Child Development Corporation from July 2020 to June 2022 and completing an internship in Human Resources at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester in early 2020. Before transitioning into Human Resources, Cecilia worked as a Lead Teacher at Canterbury Whole Child Center from December 2015 to July 2020, where responsibilities included fostering educational growth and ensuring the safety of children. Cecilia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Human Resources from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2020.
