Evan Spinney, P. Eng, has over a decade of experience in the infrastructure and development sector, currently serving as the Infrastructure and Development Manager at Capital Paving Inc. since August 2012, where previous roles included Project Manager and Construction Supervisor. Prior to this, Evan taught at KNS Language Institute from September 2007 to March 2012 and held the position of Lead Guide/Instructor at White Squall from June 1996 to 2012. Evan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, completing the degree between 2001 and 2005.
