Xiaowei (Scott) Chen is a highly skilled data engineering professional with extensive experience in building and maintaining data platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Capital One since October 2024, Scott previously held similar senior roles at dv01 from August 2017 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing data pipelines, orchestrating workflows with Airflow, and deploying internal analytical tools. Prior to that, Scott gained expertise as a Quantitative Analyst at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics, where data modeling and predictive analytics were key focus areas.
