Steve Tulip is the head of Capital Markets. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing new product solutions and capabilities to deepen client relationships. He leads teams in the areas of Loan Syndications, Debt and Equity Capital Markets, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Tax Credit Finance. In addition, Mr. Tulip manages the Sales, Trading and Research platform which operates under Capital One Securities.
