Shirley Xue is a seasoned professional in technology strategy with extensive experience at Capital One, where roles included Senior Director and Director of Technology Strategy. Prior to Capital One, Shirley held various positions at Bain & Company, progressing from Associate Consultant to Case Team Leader.
