Kristin Miller is a Principal Technology Recruiter at Capital One, where innovation in credit card products has been a key focus since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Indivior in early 2017, and as a Senior Recruitment Client Manager for the sales and marketing sectors at Genworth Financial from September 2012 to December 2016. Additionally, Kristin worked as a Recruiter at On Assignment Lab Support from October 2008 to July 2012, specializing in the life sciences industries, and previously managed the Bioassay Lab at Olver Incorporated from July 2006 to July 2008.
