Jamal Douglas, MBA, CISM, CRISC, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Operational and Cyber Risk Manager at Capital One since November 2021. In addition to this role, Jamal has been an Adjunct Professor at Montgomery College since April 2015, where responsibilities include designing and developing educational materials for project management, Six Sigma, and service delivery best practices, as well as facilitating over 900 hours of learning exercises. Previous professional experience includes positions at NTT DATA Services, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Dell Technologies, and UBS AG, with a focus on technology delivery and cyber security management. Jamal holds an MBA in Operational Strategy and Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University.
