Wes Morgan is a seasoned Robotic Engineer currently employed at Capital Machine Technologies, Inc. since October 2017. Prior to this role, Wes served as a Weld Supervisor and Robotic Programmer at Longhorn Fabrication, where management of over 20 employees and programming an OTC robotic welder were key responsibilities. From June 2002 to November 2014, Wes worked at Special Products & Mfg., Inc. as a Robotic Weld Programmer and Operator, handling the operation and programming of Kawasaki, Motoman, and OTC robotics. Additionally, Wes possesses expertise in GMAW and GTAW welding techniques, working with various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, and employing precision tools for building prototypes and assemblies.
