Ann Marie Grimberg serves as a Consultant for Health Center Operations & Facilities Planning at Capital Link since November 2024, following a significant tenure at Heartland Alliance where roles included Chief Operating Officer and Senior Director of Business & People Operations. In these positions, Ann Marie oversaw critical back-office functions and developed strategies to enhance employee retention and engagement. Earlier roles at Heartland Alliance included Director of Provider & Payer Relations, Associate Director of Systems Integration, and Systems Integration Manager, where Ann Marie systemized credentialing processes and managed services integration across a network of healthcare providers. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Development Specialist at A Safe Haven Foundation, managing extensive HUD grants. Ann Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education from Syracuse University and a Master of Education in Special Education from Loyola University Chicago.
