Gary Snyder has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Gary most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Capital III starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at SPX Transformer Solutions, Inc. from January 2019 to May 2022. Before their CFO roles, Gary held positions such as Corporate Controller at Koch Industries, Vice President, Controller & Assistant Treasurer at Textron Aviation, Director of FP&A at Cessna Aircraft Company, Vice President of Finance at Lycoming Engines, Corporate Controller at Lutron Electronics, and Division Controller at DuPont. Throughout their career, Gary has been responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, planning, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards. Gary has also managed large teams and provided leadership in driving improvements within the organizations.

Gary Snyder has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Gary obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University from 1984 to 1988. Gary later pursued a Masters of Science degree in Accounting from Wichita State University, from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained several certifications, including a Green Belt from the Textron Six Sigma Program and certifications in CFM, CMA, and CPA from IMA and Kansas, respectively.
