Genevieve E. Thayer, EPC, currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees, a member of the Board of Trustees, and Board Vice Chair for Capital Harmony Works, a creative youth development organization focused on empowering young musicians and enriching their communities. Genevieve co-founded Beacon Partners, a business consulting firm providing executive coaching for financial advisors and entrepreneurs, and hosted the GetReal Talk Show on RVN TV, facilitating discussions with independent financial advisors and industry leaders. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Van Leeuwen & Company, LLC, Sheehy & Molinelli, CWS (Commonwealth Financial Network), and AXA Equitable, demonstrating expertise in client services, operations, and investment services. Education includes training at Erickson Coaching International.
